Digital products are exempt from being returned. Digital products also include anything that can be downloaded for a certain price.
Please do not send your purchase back via e-mail as it is considered downloaded, therefore used.
Delivery
Once you decide to complete your purchase make sure you enter the correct information.
As Early Learning products are 100% digital and delivered via email, PDF products will be sent to the email address added in the registration form.
It is very important to revise the email address added in the form, so the product will certainly arrive at the correct email address.
If for any reason the email filled in the form is not yours, we take no responsibility for the information you add when purchasing our products.
No Refund
As a digital PDF file can be downloaded easily without any restrictions once sent via email we understand that it was used.
Therefore once it is sent it becomes a non-refundable or non-returnable purchase.
